"Keep justice, do what's right; my saving power is near, my righteousness will soon be revealed."
There is joy and happiness -- blessing! -- for the person who does this, the one who takes hold of it, who keeps Shabbat and does not profane it, and keeps himself from evil.
A gentile joining Adonai should not say,
"Adonai will keep me separate from Israel."Neither should the lowly eunuch say,
"I am only a dried-up tree."
Because here is what the Master says:
"I will give power to even the powerless eunuchs who keep my Shabbat, who choose what pleases me and hold fast to my covenant. In my house, they will be given an everlasting name, never to be removed."
And the gentiles who join themselves to Adonai to serve him, to love the name Yah, every one of them who keeps Shabbat and doesn't profane it, and hold fast to my covenant, I will bring them into my house on my holy mountain and make them happy and joyful; all they offer and sacrifice will be acceptable to me.
My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations and all peoples.
Adonai Elohim, the Master who gathers Israel's exiles, decrees it:
"I will gather others to them besides the ones already gathered."
