One of the things I really hate in a business is "personal property tax". It is a business, but filed under "personal". That does not seem to fit at the start, not to mention that this tax is on every physical assest of your company such as the old computer desk you bought 15 years ago, the typewriter that sits in the closet that has not been used in two decades, etc.. Business pay tax on all that junk every year forever. At one point you will pay the goverment multiple times what the item even cost.
BTW, have you ever read about the "constitution party":
